WORKSHOPS/PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (PD) PRESENTATIONS

1. Presentations from library without customization cost:

   a. Fee-based on per hour rate per proposal agreed with client

   b. Materials if provided by PSLLC are cost +10%

   c. Transportation 

• ground if roundtrip less than 25 miles, no charge

• ground if roundtrip is greater than 25 miles, charge IRS business rate per mile x mileage

• air transportation charged at actual cost incurred. 

2. Customized presentations (unique to School/District or Client):

a. New presentation development and research cost equals 50% of per hour rate agreed with client (1a above)

b. Presentation cost reflects (1a-1d) above.

c. PSLLC retains intellectual property rights of presentation

CONSULTING & MENTORING

1. Initial “SCOPE MEETING” to define “deliverables” (on site, or via ZOOM client discussion & documentation of the scope of consulting / mentoring) prior to engagement, charged at per hour rate in (1a above). 

2. Once SCOPE is defined & documented, including the schedule of visits for “face-to-face” site visits, these visits will be charged at the per hour rate in (1a above).

3. Documentation & discussion via phone or ZOOM of consulting/mentoring “deliverables” will be charged at 50% of per hour rate in (1a above). 

4. Materials, if provided by PSLLC, are cost +10%.

5. Transportation 

• ground if roundtrip is less than 25 miles, no charge.

• ground if roundtrip is greater than 25 miles, charge IRS business rate per mile x mileage

• air transportation is charged at the actual cost incurred

6. Room and board is charged at the actual cost incurred

INVOICING FREQUENCY                             

1. Invoicing occurs at the end of the month following the delivery of the services above
